Well...Not sure on the lockout period but maybe Harbour will go hostile and start buying up stock. If they could get up to the 19.9% limit for a hostile off-market bid on the cheap, they'd have some serious momentum when you add in the Chinese stake.
They seemed keen that their offer got to the shareholders......
