A year ago CTP board recommended a take over but the shareholders rejected it. Fell from 17c back to 11 c or so. 1 year later they are back at 17c and on the rise as they execute their strategy.
Time will tell how the STO call works out. Down side is somewhere in the $5 if oil price heads back, upside is $10 in 3 years time as the company executes its strategy. Upside outweighs the downside here.
