think your missing the point , sto have turned down 2 takeovers now because they said it undervalued the company and they can do a better job.
Look what happened share price declines , shareholders face years of pain without dividends and more than likely more to come. they havent done a good job as you so blindly believe as any monkey can cut costs.
Wish i owned a business with such easy going shareholders.
