Oilman, what about another perspective. Why didnt some sell at or near the highs rather than risk the play of takeover acceptance/rejection. That would have given an opportunity to invest in something else.
I'm happy it didnt get taken over. I have no issue with the short term pain. I welcome prices well north of $7.00
