"Stop your whining now, go speculate on a penny dreadful"
Nothing wrong with micro-caps. I made several millions. Some micro caps, directors/founder really care about the company and own large holding. For example, Sirius (Mark Creasy) and FMG (Forrest) they all started with 5c and rocketed up. Most of micro caps, directors just collecting fees and do nothing.
As I said before in my previous post, large companies go crazy on acquisitions and over-pay too much eg BHP, Rio, OZL, etc. They don't care because it is not their money.
Remember Babcock and Brown, Bear Stern, and Enron... bluechip companies.
