Ophir paid USD221 for 2P-21.2 mmboe or USD 10.43/boe for 2P reserves.
Additional 5 mmboe at Meliwis that will b added in the future to make it 26.2 mmboe or USD8.435/boe.
So overall assets sold by STO till date are Mereenie, Stag, Kipper, Otway & now Asia. Should take the debt down a bit more. Ande Ande Lumut will b sold separately.
