BeeJaye, I think that ENT then SFR/ENT have done quite a bit of exploration along the Goodin Fault and with not much to show for it so far. Some years back, Vulcan and Ruby were identified as potential vms deposits. I must admit though that I had not kept myself current , so it came as a bit of a surprise that Ruby had been drilled quite extensively - see the last pic in my last post above.

What we now have before us is a massive sulphide (albeit not big) discovery with seemingly no geochem or other surface expression and not one that the VTEM had detected. It has been hidden under cover.

That's one thing!

The other is that RNI geos found jasperoidal chert in early 2016 'several hundred metres' to the east of Citra which is about 4kms SW of the new hit. It seems that the team never went back to check that out further.

As stated on the other thread, the SFR geo team would have had access to all of the Citra data, so it would know what's there as per the samples and assays and alteration etc.

SFR is going to drill that Citra area soon, maybe a month or so I believe.

It's all a bit of a punt of course, but the hot spots could be in that 4 km strip. SFR may go east again for sure, but my punt is that it will mainly go SW.

Let's just hope that the deep RC drilling currently being undertaken in new spot X hits the really good stuff! If it doesn't, then back to square 1 I'm afraid, but if it does, then it will be game on!!
