Yet another awesome piece of news come completely out of left field!

The last few JV deals alchemy have done have had very favorable conditions for the company. This being no exception, management recently have been very good negotiators! Seen many other explorers take JV deals where they get raked over the coals, in my opinion this definitely isn't one.

But in this instance it's almost money for nothing, a $3.1m spend by October next year! I'd be expecting spitfire to be putting drill bits into the ground within the next quarter.

Should also start expecting the announcement commencing round 2 drilling at West Lynn very soon, and perhaps also some assays and progress reports IRT HPA potential shortly after.

Overflow surface EM survey also planned for August so hopefully not too much longer before we hear news of that.

Wish I had some spare cash because I'd be buying more. Might be time to start gumtree'ing items around the house haha
