'mining fleet' - Come on. They'll have a few basic essentials there to get a test shipment ready. If they know what they are doing they won't bring any major machinery until test shipment signed off on and offtake agreement locked in. This is just logical and smart.

Oh, and of course financing will be sorted also. Obviously.

Don't kid yourself this will be a long first half of 2019. I don't think the sp will significantly jump until well after a few shipments have occurred. Movement north may start after clear documented proof is disclosed showing that a good long term agreement is locked in. There won't be any multi bags for a long time. My opinion, not advice. Keep it real people.
