If there were no convertible notes to rely on there would be no Axiom, that is the case with many other miners. To me it is not a surprise and if they have to do it one more time then so be it. It is the difference to remaining capitalised and going bust.
The amount of shares on offer is very small compared to some of the mining companies out there that have shares approaching the billion mark and higher without the potential Axiom has.
I am confident the share price will well exceed $1 per share in the not too distant future.
