HCH is super cheap on any view.
question is what it will take to get this stock out of the doldrums. maybe sheer seller exhaustion as sellers are drying up and volume is very low. further possibilities are a new promoter (which is unlikely IMO due to strong management control), some amazing drill results in the next drill campaighn (who knows?) or copper going ballistic (also unlikely in the near term).
