I thought that holders might be interested in the random notes I wrote whilst at yesterday's AGM;

- 73% of all Reece's customers are likely to recommend Reece to others
- Reece has been and will continue to invested heavily in their online capability
- Each stock's availability at each individual store is now available for customers on the phone app
- Tracking of the exact location for goods that are being delivered by Reece is now available for customers
- Integration of a customers invoices is now available in Xero (accounting system). The CEO described this as one of his highlights for the year.
- Management team visited Germany during the year and saw distribution centres without people in them, CEO said it was the future but would take plenty of investment to get there.
- Reece has 140 IT developers working for them full time.
- In the FY 18 Reece will implement, in house, a new Point of Sale system.
- Management are of the opinion that housing construction numbers have peaked but will remain high.
- Viadux also have exclusive agreements with suppliers.
- Change of AGM venue cost an additional $8,000, it happened because the CEO wanted to use technolody (ie videos) that weren't available at the computershare site. The AGM attendance was well up on last year as a result of the move.
