.....and then after a down year for the share price Gerry & I are indeed aligned, but then he & the Team rock up to the AGM where the Rem report grants them a whole lot of "performance" based stock and option grants that they can achieve with their eyes closed, and I am not longer aligned with Gerry! Price goes up: they get more stock for such a "good job", Price goes down: still get more stock at low prices and options at low strikes to fill up the hole that the declining share price left in their bank account, while I just eat less the next year.
