I think you may find that the only ones spouting off that the Chines are after low grade ore are the ones with the low grade ore.

Name one low grade ore body which has ever turned a profit?
The hematite bodies are struggling as is, and theres plenty of it.
It will be decades before the low grade stuff is anywhere near profitable.
