I tend to agree with cheapprice although It is a difficult situation. Graphene is a material of the future, while it's properties are being realised as important, the production technologies are still being developed and may be some time away yet. Meanwhile MOX must move forward, this is the hard decisions companies make but they did at least get the tenement to a saleable state.
