I hear you blackduck but I don't think we need to worry about too many more sales, it is not in managements interests to sell their empire they are paid to manage. I consider this a minor sale that is more prudent rather than a future directional change of the company.
The danger with all these highly geared REIT's is that the balance sheet (NTA) is always historical, a reflection of the past, and that revaluations have not been ruthless enough, that they are still hiding overpriced assets.
Recently REIT balance sheets have been revalued downwards, by selling assets as a premium of 6-9% it shows they are not hiding anything, and significantly reduces the likelihood of reporting more reval losses. It truly is a great buy signal IMO
