    Im not happy Jan
    Why sell assets at the bottom of a market!!
    I would rather have forgone dividends for 2 years pay down debt and then sell assets in better market conditions. I believe thats what alot of Aussie REIQ's did.

    Mind you I would have been doin alot of whinging to myself if they had of so maybe pay half in divis and use other half to pay down debt. ;))
