Tick Hill is an undiscovered giant. Diatreme is not a gold miner, way back when.... this goes back to the original directors of the company... they astutely picked up Tick Hill but never had the money to exploit it. Then with the change of directors the companys' focus centred on their increasingly successful mineral sands deposits and they got out of all else. Now the reason IMO that they did this is because Diatreme was targeted by the Chinese to give them a direct supply of mineral sands which they have financed to the stage of where the beneficiaries of this success are being decided. That a deal will be done is a given ….. it just depends which Chinese company emerges the strongest. The silica deposit reinforces their direction.. and success. The Tick Hill tailings can be treated with a simple cheap process that will bring in some quick positive revenue but the bonanza.. and it is there.. will be the discovery of the continuation of the lode. If the Berkut/Carnaby mob possess even ONE decent geologist this should not be too difficult, unfortunately these days companies have a tendency do send out inexperienced young genius geos with gold plated degrees and the inability to distinguish sun hardened camel dung from rock. Keep the faith, even if it is in Chinese hands...they appreciate money and success as much as anyone else...
