Ann: Sale of Texan Properties, page-7

It has me a little stumped. The only thing I can think of is: 1. They couldn't find anything good enough to invest the proceeds of the Texas home sales. 2. They are trying to close the gap between the share price and share value 3. The large shareholders wanted to take some money out. Personally I would have preferred them to invest the money into something else and continue with smaller more regular dividends.
