20% discount - I guess these delays by the buyers were to see IF AUH was desperate to sell and once they got those delays sanctioned, they must have pulled the 20% discount card...

BUT hey, I am not complaining... $4.461m MC and $5.1m incoming... gives me a negative EV of $600K !!!!

I am sure this will be the start of the real AUSTCHINA HOLDINGS now... a new project will be looked at and it could be anything that is "current"... and that could take us to multiples of this sp if handled properly...

Really looking forward to see how the market reacts to this completion of the transaction !!!!
