I am just a little sceptical that Chan et al would be happy and willing for their investment to go down the drain as well as be providing unconditional loans to the company (I dont believe that doing CR's every 6 months would be a wise move with the current SP).

If this sale goes through, it will provide a nice cash position for us to dig into...... EV is looking great..... then again,,,, this is the spec end of the market
