Q1 FY18 is the Jul to Sep17 quarter so we get the money within three months.
Sounds like the Gold Coast got drenched again this week - hopefully that's the end of the rain and they can start FY18 with clear skies.
There's been plenty of good movies released in the current six months so that division should be performing well.
Would expect them to reduce the annual dividend from 28c, which was unsustainable to 20c fully franked that will still yield 5% @ $4 or over 7% after franking credits - that's a good return from the solid businesses that they have.
I'll be disappointed if they're not $4+ today.
