re: Ann: CLO: Sale of Shareholding in Forge G... Macquarie don't own any interest in Forge Powertool? Am I missing something here? All they're doing is selling Cloughs' stake on the market.

This is great news as it will free up liquidity and allow FGE to trade at a p/e in line with its peer- which is much more than the 8x p/e it currently trades at.
