Good point @gerrykuan, they didn't disclose that at all.
All they said is that the OzSoft Solutions sale would be expected by the end of the month (May) and "given this transaction completes the asset sale process, Vocation expects to announce its revised financial guidance incorporating the changes to the business portfolio later this month."
We can all be a little guilty of dot joining sometimes...
