I held for a number of years, then decided to cash in profit and invest into J-REIT fund. Much lower pay-outs but more secure. Still see growth in the field and will continue to watch AJA.
Despite de-population in Japan, city areas are booming (rural areas are becoming ghost towns). This will continue to support land prices until at least the Olympics. Imho.
