My terminology was probably sloppy, but obtaining unrestricted use probably won't be that easy.

Try to re-sell them and no doubt an injunction would be raised, and then it will sit in the courts for years. I've got an interest in a case involving fraud and theft in Australia, and that's running into its 5th year now (and well into the hundreds of thousands), and that's in Australia. I can't imagine things move any faster in Ghana.

Selling the coal is definitely positive though, in my book.

(Also realised my disclosure may have been incorrect. Not holding at present, but interested if I can get in at the right price. Not trying to ramp on the missing millions, just my opinion from my experiences)
