Ann: Sale of Lynas Find Lithium-Gold Project, page-71

Why are they selling us this lithium/gold block of dirt if it's so promising.
Not a smartarse question, I'm not big on this sort of thing just seems strange.
Are the shares etc we are giving them worth them walking away from what could of been a bigger deal for them if they got there hands dirty?
Seems like we own all these tenements right next door to the big boys but struggle to find anything, cause if it's out there we'll find it....
