    someone spoke of market-cap.. or fully diluted MC.. -- wasn't me though.

    But i will point out that considering such scenario's.. If oppies are exercised that r currently WAY out of the money.. that becomes a difficult proposition.. and THAT is not the here and now..

    Now if the shares were at 1c.. then it is a different story

    And then the CASH paid on exercise must also be accounted for - just saying..
