Anyways 15 business days under the original definition from implementation date was a little while ago, about the 9th January if my count of business days is correct. Seems strange they didn't announce something to the market at the time to inform the market that the conditions in scheme of arrangement hadn't been met? Should they have done so?

Perhaps they only realised by following our conversation yesterday? If so, glad to have been of assistance.
