Off memory, there are only international 40 holders that have to have their parcels sold. lets assume any international holder with a "larger" holding would have disposed of their shares prior to now, that would mainly leave holders with only smaller holdings left. lets say an average of 60,000 per holder? 40 lots of 60,000 shares would give a total of 2.4m shares- Not the end of the world. Agree wholeheartedly an off market xtrade would have been alot smoother but hey, it is what it is.
