Hi Wilma, forcing shareholders to sell on market seems a little unethical to me, management has a responsibility to all shareholders and must treat them all fairly. Why are they ineligible, if they eligible to buy then they should be eligible to partake in the merger, as always of it's in the too hard basket the best thing to do is screw the retail investor. Poor form on my opinion. I wouldn't trust this management with a ten foot pole.
