your first post on the company, likely around the time you entered the stock and are now left holding the bag...

If the CEO was confident he would have sold say maybe 10% and left the rest... but 20% is a red flag in my opinion

low PE because institutions are also weary that all may not be as it seems with this company

not paying a dividend because they are not as profitable as they lead on perhaps..

good luck to you, but for anyone willing to question their investments critically this will raise a number of red flags.
