Qualified Conclusion
Based on our review, which is not an audit, with the exception of the matters described in the preceding paragraph,
we have not become aware of any matter that makes us believe that the half-year financial report of Global Nickel
Investments NL and Controlled Entities is not in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 including:
a. Giving a true and fair view of the Consolidated Entity?s financial position as at 31 December 2010 and of its
performance for the half-year ended on that date; and
