osr1986 i found the information i believe Benjamin Cooper had something to do with the floating of MHM through another business which he owns called Cooper Capital Ltd in Sydney. Im reading a statement from him asking those that are interested in investing in MHM please send an application to him at Cooper Corporate.

Your also correct this statment by Ben Cooper does also mentions Sonray Corporate which Greg Wood business associate of Ben Coopers, in a former company Novus Capital.

This is from the statment from Benjamin "Well it is almost 1 year later?????.and as you know both Greg Wood and myself (?we?) have left Novus Capital and have started our own operations. Sonray Corporate and Cooper Capital respectively? both in Sdyney.

If you google Sonray Corporate it shows news headlines Sonray Boss apears in court & Sonray CEO pleads guilty after Asic probe, this was Scott Murray this is Sonray Corporate which Greg Wood was a managing director and is an associate of Benjamin Cooper. Im not saying Greg Wood or Benjamin Cooper are involved in anything inappropriate.


Sonray is now in controll of Liquidators.

Do you know anything more about this?

I googled all this and am just trying to put the pieces together atm hope im making sense of all this.
