Good to get rid of EDF and the uncertainty caused by them although their claims have basically been transferred by sale to Deutsche Bank. It must have been a better deal for them than the DOCA. It will be interesting to see whether DB just take EDF's seat in the DOCA or can actually sell off these claims, something that Woods has not been able to do so far with any of PDN's assets although it is possible he played a role in this transfer to ensure the DOCA. Completion of the DOCA guarantees DB get their $60M loan back. Will the value of the transfer from EDF to DB be made public?
