Deutsche Bank have a long history of shorting PDN over many years. Most of the major downward runs on PDN were led by DB shorting like crazy. I don't think their primary interest would be in seeing PDN rise from the ashes and become a going concern again. Unless it was so that they could once again short the hell out of it...!
DB are no friend of PDN.
