PS: I have not included DB's new position in my summation but basically DB has bought and taken over EDF's position in the DOCA. Although no details have been released of the deal, it may have been engineered by DB and Woods to ensure approval of the DOCA. In that case we can't expect embrace by DB of any novel alternatives for PDN other than the DOCA. Perhaps DB are to receive the proceeds of $200M of uranium and EDF's security in Michelin, a deal which earlier could have prevented PDN from being forced into administration.
