Nah I don't think so, they will have 8 million give or take after the dividend and that will pay for their new acqusition in 6 months from what I heard they have been approached and are evaluating them, the project I don't know what they are looking at, so, this is a typical shell play with a dividend that's my 2 cents. I don't mind a shell play, as all I have to do is wait for an acquisition if it falls to 1 million market cap at say 0.004 with cash of 8 million shell punters be all over this.

Give the asx rules I expect 6 month wait for this shell play. The next AGM will have something, I suggest u give them a call, Michael is his name I spoke to, he said in the next AGM we will discuss what Project we should undertake.
