    Right, yes probably a bit higher due to costs etc. Even so, given the potential value of the asset in development mode it seems unnecessary to me to sell the whole thing, especially given the gradual strengthening of the oil market. IMO would be better off even raising the cash and diluting everyone by 50% if need be.
