only a small holding left as well, and I thought this was AOK's moment to regain its shine.
they've torn the company apart, and don't imagine much being left.
if somehow they can pay all $9.3M, and keep Snake River we should be ok, but won't hold my breath.
the biggest killer has been legal costs. I can only imagine its around $5M now...could have paid back preference shareholders.
we still have some cash flow, and if we can get out of this and arrange some financing for re-working wells and drilling, we may see some upside.
all or nothing now...
