1. Didn't they just sell the part of the business that generates the revenue (which as it happens was <$10m and falling year-on-year based on last year's results)?
2. They raised $3m to open these offices in 2016 ('In October 2016 the Group received a total of $3,000,000 from the issue of shares to pursue the international distribution strategy for EnviroSuite"). Seems that it would not be too hard to establish "An international presence" when you're spending investors dough to do it?
3. Isn't this yet to be proven? Lots of startups talk of "pipelines". There doesn't seem to be too many revenue generating contracts announced for the Envirosuite product (which is all that EVS has after this sale isn't it?).
4. Tick. But there are (and have been) plenty of businesses that have failed to deliver on SaaS models.
5. Why is B2B is necessarily better than consumer revenue?
6. On what basis is this applicable to EVS post-sale of consulting business (or pre-sale of consulting business for that matter)?
7. Isn't that fundamentally what SaaS businesses are about?
8. How do we know that?
9. No way that can be known yet. EVS post-this-sale is a complete unknown.
10. Do they?
