Nice brochures,buying B and C grade property (this was never mantioned of course) at the peak of a boom. Much of it in mediterranaean countries with dubious governace and substantial sovereign risk.
Total mugs, but less so than their inverstors. They have still received their fat fees and salaries and bear none of the risk.
Never again will I give anyone else my money to invest in property. I will own it directly. But one proviso. I am going to be hunting for location but also low maintenance.
Also countercyclicality. There are a lot of opportunities available here in Oz just now, but you need deep pockets.
Would not trust this pack of clowns even now. Who are they selling our assets to? Mates? Dont see much detail here. The story with this mob is not in what is said but what is not said.
