This is very very good news and should be a defining moment for SHE. I know many on HC are relatively new to SHE and are stimulated more by the Protean aspect to the business than what is happening way up north, therefore this Ann may not get too many hearts a flutter.... mine is slightly tachycardic following this ann. If this had happened 18 months ago before Protean and when all investors were focused purely on Korea..... today would be a big day. Yep, we dont have the cores yet.... but access to the cores is the defining moment to come and is required for the JV to be contractual. Everything must come in its correct order so one would hope that the "core ann" shouldnt be too far away, then SHE will be up up and away..... I hope
