Macquarie Real Estate Presentation today looked very good by all accounts.
I am trawling through REITs at present for LT positions and am keen on some contrary view/ discussion:
Apart from BJT which I am too overweight in (thus shouldn't buy more) MOF is looking like one of the best 'investment grade' REITs out there (as opposed to the ST trading REITs - of which I also have a few).
Distribution yeild based on 4Q 09 ----> 14.3% @ 21c SP SP relative to Huntley's fair value --> 42% (21c vs 50c) SP relative to latest NTA figures ----> 33% (21c vs 63c)
I can't find anything else that looks this good (and isn't in a precarious position debt wise).
Any thoughts from the collective HCers? Any others I should be looking at?
