Whilst the discounted asset sale wasn't pretty, it is at least in the range of discounts that have been witnessed lately (ie the balance sheet revaluation on 30/6/09) shouldn't hold too many suprises and has hopefully been factored into the share price.
And as you say little need for a cap raising.
A better result than the extremely distressed asset sales of MDT last week...
IMO another REIT that is a great buying opportunity
