Can't see Murdoch, Packer, Reinhart, Foxtel, Bruce Gordon, Foxtel/Telstra giving their shares for zilch. Probably legal proceedings ahead from the big investors and possibly class action by shareholders all of who lose out in the deal as publicly announced to date.
