Its quite simple the way I read it. Maybe its me but I dont understand the negativity leaving aside the delays etc.
They could take their pay and if they wish they could buy shares anyway (which they haven't been doing) or
They could buy shares by sacrificed pay and keep cash in the company.
What they have done, is that they have, ALL agreed to
1. Buy Shares
2. Salary Sacrifice
I cant see any negatives in that.
