They said in the Quarterly call, in January, that some parties were waiting for the POSCO transaction to fully complete (deed transfers approved/money in our bank) before further JV discussions could go ahead.
Therefore the transaction has been completed around a month ago now.
We should hear something soon, but definitely get an update in the March Quarterly report in a few weeks, and in the con call.
