I like either of those options, but since the market is pricing the shares at just under a third of what the court indicated was owed, I presume there is a likelihood that either of those options will be a considerably protracted process, or there's another less attractive outcome - anyone have further thoughts?
How long could it take I wonder?
Perhaps the likelihood of a very long process to extract the cash means there's likely to be an expedited negotiated settlement, at what discount I can't imagine - personally I'd be pushing for nothing less than 90% of the court ruled. Since it's already taken several months I'd find it difficult to accept anything less.
Regardless seems to me XST is trading at a bloody good cheap price at the moment.
