I think no news is good news at the moment, there is a process to follow and we'll hear from Cosimo as soon as there is something material to report. Gerneally the process is that they have been served notice the court ruling from WA has been validated in Singapore, next they will be served a court order to discolse to the court all assets they have within a fixed period of time, I would assume that has been done, but being part of a process is not a material newsworthy event.

This is where the rubber meets the road for these guys, if they don't comply with the court order to disclose their assets then they go to jail..... this is the pointy end of the process. If they discolse all their assets, then we can pick what we will seize/liquidate to recoup the damages, or they can quickly seek a settlement.....
